They are found in cool, wet woods.


The flower has three white petals with pinkish-red lines coming down each petal. It has three oval, pointed, leaves that whirl around the stem below flower. They bloom April through June.

  • Flower Color: White with red veins
Leaf Arrangement: 3 whorled around stem
  • Plant Type: Wildflower (Medium 8-20 inches)
